What personality type is Nezuko Kamado? Nezuko Kamado is an ISFJ personality type in MBTI, 9w1 - so/sp - 926 in Enneagram, SCOAN in Big 5, SEI in Socionics.
[1/2] Before starting my argument, I wanted to say that FiNe is not compatible with so9, since so9 is about group's values and also anti intuitive while FiNe is literally the opposite (Own values and intuitive) so that doesn't even makes sense and also so9 are only high Fe users (only sensors). From what I've read (Kny manga) I never really seen Nezuko using Ne as her aux and also Fi as her dom, I think Nezuko is—SiFe. I think most of the people there misunderstood most of the functions so let's start the argument by atleast comparing Fi and Fe. 【 𝐅𝐄 𝐯𝐬 𝐅𝐈 】 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗙𝗲𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴: - Is determined chiefly by the subjective factor and serves as a guide to the emotional acceptance or rejection of various aspects of life. - Adapts the objective situation to the individual by the simple process of excluding or ignoring the unacceptable. - Depends upon abstract feeling—ideals such as love, patriotism, religion, and loyalty, and is deep and passionate rather than extensive. - Finds soundness and value inside one's self from one's own inner wealth and powers of appreciation and abstraction. - May be too overpowering to be expressed at all, creating a false appearance of coldness to the point of indifference, and may be completely misunderstood. 𝗘𝘅𝘁𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗙𝗲𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴: - Is determined chiefly by the objective factor and serves to make the individual feel correctly, that is, conventionally, under all circumstances. - Adapts the individual to the objective situation. - Depends wholly upon the ideals, conventions, and customs of the environment, and is extensive rather than deep. - Finds soundness and value outside of the individual in the collective ideals of the community, which are usually accepted without question. - Has as its goal the formation and maintenance of easy and harmonious emotional relationships with other people. - Expresses itself easily and so shares itself with others, creating and arousing similar feeling and establishing warm sympathy and understanding. - Has a tendency to suppress the personal standpoint entirely, and presents the danger of becoming a feeling personality, giving the effect of insincerity and pose. 【 𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐂𝐋𝐔𝐒𝐈𝐎𝐍 】 𝙉𝙚𝙯𝙪𝙠𝙤 𝙞𝙨 𝙖 𝙁𝙚 𝙪𝙨𝙚𝙧 (𝘼𝙪𝙭) 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙖 𝙁𝙞 𝙪𝙨𝙚𝙧 (𝘿𝙤𝙢) Nezukos doesn't fit the Fi description at all. Fi doms are known as having personal values, feelings, etc. but the thing is that they don't express them and keep these feelings, etc. To themselves, that makes a fake cold appearance of them which makes people think that they don't have feelings, values at all. Fi doms usually separate their feelings from the group's while Fe users follows the objective values (Values which are usually accepted by environment), I think Nezuko mostly follows the objective values of the groups instead of her own subjective values. For example one of Nezuko's quote: "𝘏𝘶𝘮𝘢𝘯𝘴 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘣𝘦 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘵𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘦𝘥 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘴𝘢𝘷𝘦𝘥... 𝘐 𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘯𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳 𝘩𝘶𝘳𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘮." Nezuko follows the social norms, knowing that humans 𝗮𝗿𝗲 to be protected since it's a right thing which is accepted as a normal thing by the environment. <47 chapter— Nezuko refuses to drink the blood from Sanemi's arm, since Nezuko wanted to be accepted to the human's environment which shows how she follows the objective values. If she was a Fi user then Nezuko would follow her own desires and values but basically her whole character is about objective values and social norms which shows her Fe aux. Also I didn't really see Nezuko having Ne as her aux since from what I've read, I never ever saw how she from the objective information added a subjective information (seeking possibilities, seeing an objective information and adding extra one from subjective perspective). 【 𝐍𝐄𝐙𝐔𝐊𝐎 𝐈𝐒 𝐀 𝐒𝐈 𝐃𝐎𝐌 】 I think Si function is one of the misunderstood functions in my opinion, so I will be giving a description and also explaining how Nezuko fits it.
