Personality

What personality type is Tina Cohen-Chang? Tina Cohen-Chang is an INFP personality type in MBTI, 4w3 - sx/so - 487 in Enneagram, SLUEI in Big 5, in Socionics.

~INFP 4w3~ Dom. Fi: Pretty strong internal values that she is lead by. All her decisions must add up to her criteria based on her moral principles. However, she actually uses a lot of unhealthy Fi by her behavior, as she pushes her morals and internal values onto others. Aux. Ne: Open to adjusting her thinking and stretches new possibilities, and sometimes even generates them, like when Artie couldn't walk back in S1, she attempts to find imaginative ways to do so and get him to walk. She rants about not getting a Nationals Solo in S3 because she thinks looking at things in different ways ("Other people matter!") instead of just having Rachel blowing off an audition. Then later, when Mike says Rachel is unbelievable, she was open to the idea HERSELF of becoming similar like Rachel. Oftentimes she gets sidetracked to what she really wants and did not necessarily have something in mind for her future. Tert. Si: Often gets stuck in a routine where she faked her stutter. She would compare Mike's feelings from what she has seen and dissect them in the present. There are some times when she can do this, but not so much. She is afraid to lose her typical identity and personal ideals as well. (Fi-Si + 4w3) Inf. Te: Honestly, her logic and rationalism is the backseat of her morals... As she develops this function, she is more blunt and logically manipulative. Has a tendency to rather overthink things than have them direct and factual. I don't see much of the 'efficiency' or 'methodical' behavior in her, it seems like more inferior and underdeveloped for her. 4w3: She was pretty self-absorbed, envious, hyper-sensitive, and a little sensitive. Her envy is expressed than repressed. For example, she has tendencies to become jealous of Rachel and her talents, obsessing to become like Rachel OR becoming an individualist as well. Tina is anxious about losing her identity, such as the Goth outfits and constantly dressing in black. When Finn dies she goes back to her "old typical fashion" and only cares for her identification, though she got to say a kind word about him. Since Tina is proud to have her own unique identity and when Figgins tells her to find a new style, she finds this threatening and can't even help, but threatens him back in order to achieve her old look. w3 > w5 because she is more sociable, outgoing, image-driven, and has deceit in order to obtain what she wants.
